November's Top 5 Tahoe/Truckee Homes

We are now in that interesting period of time where it's not quite winter, but Fall has definitely passed us by. After receiving 6-10 inches of snow in our neighborhoods, the community is starting to buzz with winter vibrations and excitement. Hopefully this weather pattern is a sign of positive things to come! Buying activity is still strong, while our inventory has slowed substantially. I expect this trend to continue, especially if we head into the holiday season with a large amount of snow.
