Village at Grays Crossing offers alternative to Tahoe Donner

Calling all Tahoe Donner prospective buyers!  The Village at Gray's Crossing offers an alternative golf course opportunity, now that the developer has finalized it's build-out vision.  Currently, we have 3 completed townhomes available for purchase, and Tahoe Mountain Club membership is included in the purchase price!  Priced at a very competitive $695,000, these 3 bedroom, 3 bath with 2 car garage townhomes were built by Marr construction and are beautifully finished.  The great room welcomes the golf course in with it's expansive windows and back deck.  Bedrooms are ample in size, the baths boast jetted tubs and tiled showers, and the open kitchen plan begs for a gathering of friends and family.  If you are seriously considering Tahoe Donner for it's amenities, then you will be pleased to know that ownership at the Village at Grays Crossing allows you to enjoy both Old Greenwood and Grays Crossing golf courses at discounted prices, Grays Crossing Pro shop and fitness center with pool (located just 1/2 mile away), Old Greenwood Pavillion (just a short bike ride or walk away on paved paths), Alpine Club at Northstar, and admission to Shaffers Camp private restaurant, located at the top of Northstar at Tahoe.  Wow!  Contact me today if you wish to learn more about these beautiful townhomes and the future of the Village at Grays Crossing: kbenty@tahoemountainresorts.com

Home Run Project Begins Site Work

With the recent days of sunshine, comes the opportunity to begin East/West Partners latest development project, Home Run.  This 16 townhome ski in/ski out project is slated to have 8 units (#'s 3-10) built by next spring/summer.  Having a partially completed or completed product will help buyers envision what this project is trying to achieve, and should ramp up sales.  We are looking forward to a busy summer season here at Northstar, with not only Home Run breaking ground, but the Zephyr restaurant, located at the top of the Zephyr chairlift, a new quad chair and glade skiing, and various Village improvements scheduled to be completed prior to the 2011/2012 ski season.  Despite all this project activity, the bike park will still be in full swing, so come on out, bring your bike or walking shoes, and enjoy the summer at Northstar!
