As I worked today in my office at the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe, I kept my eye on the property hot sheet we can read throughout the day. As I suspected, I watched the number of new listings posted nearly double during the work day, from 9 am to 5 pm. It was remarkable how quickly listing agents were getting their new property listings on the MLS and pinging other agents through email! I came across a couple of marquee homes which couldn't be ignored, and it spawned a new list of unique summer properties throughout the Lake Tahoe/Truckee region. Some are so fantastic, as if from a dream from Lake Tahoe's early days; others beckon the outdoor adventurer, or golfer. But they are all fantastic in their own right. This was a fun list to pull together!
