I love the fall. The weather is still fantastic, the days have more structure (translation: I find more time to squeeze in a paddle or a run), and we experience in the real estate world a confluence of buyers: the leftover buyers from summer, and the early birds of winter. It's a great dynamic, as it affords our area a buying season that many areas do not see. Sellers who maybe didn't have success this summer are enjoying a wave of buyers interested in their homes, and other sellers who kept their homes off market until now are experiencing high touring traffic. Additionally, all properties within a stones throw (or even miles) away from the ski resorts are in high demand, readying themselves for the winter onslaught of ski enthusiasts. It's a great time to be in the market, whether buying or selling (or even just looking). Here are my Top 5 Homes this month. Enjoy!
